Throughout the process, they were transparent, explained everything clearly, and carried out the repair at a lower cost than we expected. They are also very kind and friendly people, and their wonderful dogs made the whole experience even more pleasant. It left a really great impression on me, and I truly appreciate their honesty and the quality of their work.

Yeah, I rate Mark and Jayden, I have been dealing with them for going on 10 years. Mark can be a grumpy prick sometimes but I’ve found grumpy people often hide such genuineness. Oil cap came off and oil spilt throughout engine. Mark couldn’t have been more kind and helpful. Took us to and from a motel for the night and car was ready to go by mid morning the next day.The world needs billions more people in it like Mark.Thank you so very much.

Incredibly happy that Kirk automotive came up on our search when our van broke down. We were in a really tough spot and Mark got us squared away and advocated for the best course of action. Would give 10 stars. This is where you should go in Taupo. Also, shout out to LB the sweet shop dog and the big leather couch and WiFi for keeping us comfortable during our wait.
